Our History

Founded in 1987 by John Bellingham, Monarc Construction has undergone significant growth and development over the years. In 1999, the company merged with Boulder Construction Corp. to become Monarc Construction, Inc. What sets us apart is our commitment to our employees, our clients, and the community we serve.

Our Teams

Monarc has two divisions within the company: the Commercial Division and the Service and Special Projects Division. The Commercial Division handles projects above $3,000,000, while the Service and Special Projects Division typically undertakes jobs under $3,000,000 and self-performs a large amount of work.
