Century 3 Engineering

At Century 3 (C3), we take pride in our history, leadership, and the services we offer to our clients. We were established in Greer, SC in 1977, and since then, we have grown into a full-service general contractor. Today, we provide a variety of services including consulting, design and engineering, procurement, self-perform industrial construction, construction management, facility relocation, and maintenance services.

Our Story

Our founders, Howard Avery, Reid Eason, and Glen Bunton, brought a combination of 100 years of industry experience when they founded C3. Initially, we started as a self-perform industrial contractor with strengths in piping, rigging, mechanical, and electrical equipment installation and relocation. Over the years, we have expanded and adapted our capabilities to meet the changing needs of our clients.

We expanded our operations to China in 2004 with Century 3 Shanghai services headquartered in Shanghai; Greer, SC and Augusta, GA with Century 3 Engineering in 2014; and expanded again to Europe with Century 3 Europe GmbH in 2019. Today, our global operations have grown to include more than fifteen hundred (1500+) engineering and construction professionals located at multiple offices across the globe, including the US, China, and Europe.

Leadership

Our leadership team is comprised of experienced professionals who have a deep understanding of the engineering and construction industry. They have a proven track record of delivering successful projects and driving growth.

Greg Hall, President of Century 3 Inc., has an undergraduate degree in Finance and International Business and has experience in Europe, Asia, and the US in engineering and construction.

Greg Zgol, Director of Operations, Century 3 Engineering, has a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Clemson University and over 28 years of operations and project delivery experience.

Brandon Punch, PE, Director of Design, Century 3 Engineering, has a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from Clemson University and over 26 years of operations and project experience.

Matthew Ware, PMP, Director of Client Solutions, Century 3 Engineering, has a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering from the Georgia Institute of Technology and over 22 years' experience in the EPC industry.

Michael Burn, Operations Manager, Century 3, Inc., has a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from The Citadel and over 40 years of operations and project experience.
