Our organizational structure is based on a team concept, with each project manager in charge of a support staff of engineers, designers, and technicians to expedite project completion. Our Mission

Our mission is to provide our clients with quality and responsive civil engineering, land surveying, and landscape design services. We have engineering and business licenses in Illinois, Arkansas, Indiana, Iowa, Kentucky, Michigan, Minnesota, Missouri, Ohio, Oklahoma, North Dakota, Texas, and Wisconsin. Our surveyors are licensed in Illinois and Wisconsin, and our landscape architect is licensed in Illinois and Wisconsin. We possess the necessary experience to expand licensure in other states as your projects require.

• Civil Engineering: We specialize in the preparation of design reports and contract plans for private commercial development and municipal and state highway improvements throughout the upper Midwest.
• Land Surveying: Our survey department is directed by Lee Sprecher, who has over thirty years of combined field and office experience.
• Landscape Design: Our landscape architect, Matt Adas, has been involved with landscape design and master planning since 1995.

Our People

Our team is comprised of dedicated professionals who are committed to each other for the success of the team. Our project managers include Ryan Swanson, PE, and Jeff Linkenheld, PE, who both have extensive experience in civil engineering. Our survey department is directed by Lee Sprecher, PLS, and our landscape design staff is supervised by Matt Adas, PLA, ASLA. Our accounting, human resources, and office operations are overseen by Anna Allen.
