Our story begins with a family's passion for entrepreneurship and a love for their alma maters. Darren and Kamala Goodheart, along with their children Bray, Kenzee, Tiffany, and Matt, have brought their dream to life in the heart of Amarillo, Texas.

The idea for House Divided was born at a family Thanksgiving gathering, where the discussion turned to opening a restaurant that would showcase the best of both worlds - a place where friends and family from both universities could gather to enjoy great food and camaraderie. Three years of planning and preparation followed, culminating in the opening of our restaurant and sports grill.

Our menu reflects the diverse culinary traditions of Texas, with a range of options including steaks, fresh fish, custom-made pizzas, and Mexican cuisine. But it's not just about the food - our sports bar is a shrine to the spirit of Texas Tech and Texas A&M, with replicas of class rings wrapped around our air conditioning ducts in the signature colors of both universities. It's a place where friends and rivals can come together, united by their love of good food and good sports.

For golf enthusiasts, we offer a state-of-the-art driving range and lessons from PGA professionals. Our clubhouse features a well-stocked pro shop, a restaurant and bar, locker rooms with showers, and an open-air pavilion perfect for tournaments and private events. And for those looking for a unique experience, our Virtual Reality Room offers endless possibilities for entertainment and adventure.
