Dr. Whitney Holsopple, the founder of Active Foot & Ankle, began practicing podiatry in 2005. She established Active Foot & Ankle 11 years ago and has been treating patients at our current location since 2011. Dr. Holsopple is a double board-certified surgeon on staff at Miami Valley Hospital in Dayton, Upper Valley Medical Center in Troy, and Grandview Hospital in Dayton. She is a graduate of the University of Pittsburgh Medical Center's three-year surgical residency program and is board-certified by the American Board of Multiple Specialties in Podiatry and the American Board of Foot and Ankle Surgery.

Dr. Holsopple is accomplished in forefoot and rearfoot reconstructive surgery, limb salvage, and diabetic foot care. She is committed to providing the best possible care for her patients and stays up-to-date on the latest advancements in podiatric medicine.
