Our facility, located at 400 Western Avenue N in St. Paul, Minnesota, offers a range of residential accommodations and services designed to cater to the unique needs of each resident. Our staff is trained to provide personalized care and support, ensuring that every resident feels valued, respected, and cared for. Residential Accommodations & Services

Sunlight Senior Living offers a variety of residential accommodations and services designed to meet the diverse needs of our residents. Our assisted living program enables residents to maintain their independence while also enjoying the freedom from domestic chores and home maintenance. We provide three well-balanced meals a day, snacks available throughout the day, lounge areas with a fireplace, beautifully enclosed landscaped courtyards, and trained staff available 24-hours a day, seven days a week.

Our memory care program is specifically designed for residents who require additional support and care due to memory loss or cognitive impairment. Our staff are trained to provide sensitive and compassionate care, ensuring that each resident receives the attention and support they need to reach their optimal level of functioning. We also offer a range of activities and programs designed to stimulate the mind, body, and soul of our residents.

In addition to our assisted living and memory care programs, we also accept the Community Access for Disability Inclusion (CADI) Waiver and the Elderly Waiver (EW) programs. These programs are designed to provide financial assistance to individuals who require long-term care services but may not have the financial resources to cover these costs. Our admissions team is happy to assist with the application process and answer any questions you may have regarding eligibility and qualifications.
