Stucco Durability

Repair and Replacement

We specialize in the repair and full removal/replacement of stucco, EIFS (exterior insulation finish system), and other siding systems due to water intrusion. Because we get so much moisture in the Northwest and the lack of correct water-proofing techniques used, exterior replacement/repairs has become necessary. We consider ourselves to be Building Envelope Specialists and guarantee a 100% water-tight system using various flashing techniques at critical areas: windows, doors, wall penetrations, deck to wall transitions, roof to wall transitions, parapet coping, and chimney caps.

Consultation and Investigation

We also do consultation and investigation work on buildings with water intrusion. We do our own rot repair and framing, window removal/replacement, deck coatings, and other work to ensure a complete water-proof building. We have our own scaffolding and can set up any size project. Because we do most, if not all, the work in-house, there is no contractor mark-up. We do all types of interior plaster work as well.
