About Us

CrossRoads at Beaver Creek is a place founded on the idea that you can have help while still maintaining your independence. Our campus is located just minutes away from Calcutta with the calm, beautiful scenery of Beaver Creek State Park.

Assisted Living

Let's face it. There's no place like home. At CrossRoads, we strive to be the answer when life becomes too difficult to navigate alone. Our assisted living has 54 private suites with private bathrooms. Our common areas are decorated with comfort and the feeling of home in mind. Our focus is on the individual, as we are all unique and have unique needs. Our goal is to help our residents stay as independent as possible. Our job is to deliver the assistance that every resident needs to make their lives easier and more carefree.
