• 7157 Digester Gas Storage Replacement - City of San Jose, CA:

This project involved replacing an existing, smaller digester gas storage unit with a larger, 50,000 cubic foot vessel at the City of San Jose's wastewater treatment plant. The project presented unique challenges due to space constraints and the need for increased capacity. Our team successfully engineered and installed the new gas holder, ensuring seamless integration into the existing infrastructure. We also incorporated design features that allowed for future expansion to accommodate increasing operating pressures.

• Two 7.1 MG Equalization Tanks - Orange County Water District:

This landmark project involved the construction of two massive, 7.9 million gallon welded steel reservoirs for the Orange County Water District's advanced water purification facility. The project's unique location presented demanding foundation requirements due to the inherently liquefiable soil conditions. Our team meticulously designed and constructed foundations that utilized over 449 concrete piles, reaching depths of 60 to 65 feet, ensuring the stability and longevity of the tanks.
