The story of Cirella's Restaurant begins with Sal Cirella, who opened his first restaurant in New York City over 50 years ago. Inspired by his mother's traditional Sicilian recipes, Sal offered not just delicious Italian cuisine, but a warm, home-style dining experience.

Following in his father's footsteps, Dean Cirella joined the business and together they established Cirella's in Melville, Long Island in 1987. Over the years, they've added their own unique flair to classic Italian dishes, creating a vibrant menu that reflects their passion for good food and good times.
