Our Timeline

The foundation of Spoleta Construction was laid in the 1940s by Samuel P. Spoleta, who began working as a home builder and remodeler. During the Great Depression, he worked tirelessly, taking on small projects that eventually grew into full-scale remodeling and single-family home building. This commitment to excellence and customer satisfaction laid the groundwork for the company's future success. Today, as a fourth-generation family-owned business, Spoleta Construction continues to uphold these values, serving the communities of Upstate New York with pride.
