Inspired Life by Carole arose from my own personal journey. After navigating a series of tumultuous life events-including chronic illness, career shifts, and the emotional rollercoaster of a long-term relationship on a sailboat-I discovered the transformative power of integrating mindfulness, movement, and meditation into my everyday life. I learned to weather the storms, both literal and metaphorical, and emerged stronger, more resilient, and deeply connected to my authentic self.
