At SoCo Reflexology Massage & Reflexology Spa, our mission is to bring whole-body, mind, spirit, health, balance, and well-being to our community through holistic healing therapies. Our story begins with the perfect blend of Chinese business sense and Irish humor, as co-founders Haixia (Helen) Ma and Michael McCloskey came together to create a unique footprint in the area. Helen, a Certified Massage Therapist, is dedicated to her craft, with certification in Swedish, Deep Tissue, Trigger-Point, Acupressure, Reflexology, Shiatsu, and Ashiatsu. With years of experience in the field, she has worked and taught extensively, earning the trust and admiration of her clients.

Michael brings a wealth of experience in employee engagement, training, and quality systems to the table. With a background in international management, he has taught him the value of teamwork and collaboration. As co-founder, he is committed to making SoCo Reflexology the finest in massage service for the community. Together, Helen and Michael strive to create a space where clients can relax, unwind, and rejuvenate.

Our Philosophy

Reflexology is a natural and effective therapy that aims to promote health and well-being by stimulating specific areas of the hands, feet, and ears. By manipulating key pressure points, reflexologists aim to restore balance to the body's energy pathways, encouraging the body to heal naturally. Our philosophy is rooted in the understanding that the body has an innate ability to heal itself, and our role is to support and facilitate this process.

Our Services

At SoCo Reflexology Massage & Reflexology Spa, we offer a range of services designed to promote relaxation, reduce stress, and enhance overall well-being. Our services include:

• Foot Reflexology: A 60-minute or 90-minute session that includes a hot-water soak, head massage, and treatment of the arms, legs, shoulders, and back.
• Body Massage (Swedish, Deep Tissue): 60-minute, 90-minute, or 120-minute sessions that target specific areas of tension and stress.
• Combinations: Customized packages that combine Foot Reflexology with Body Massage or other services.
