Pacific West Gymnastics

At Pacific West Gymnastics, we believe that the art of motion is a beautiful thing. It's a celebration of the human body's incredible capabilities and a testament to the power of dedication and practice. Our mission is to provide a safe, fun, and supportive environment where kids can learn, grow, and maximize their potential through the sport of gymnastics.

We offer a variety of programs for boys and girls aged 1.5 and up, including Preschool Gymnastics, Girls Gymnastics, Co-Ed Tumbling, and PWGTV Live Virtual Classes. Our competitive programs include Xcel Team Tryouts, Practice Schedules & Pricing, and Competition Schedule. We also host various meets throughout the year, such as the Stars Challenge Competition and NorCal Xcel South Silver-Diamond States.

Our coaching staff is comprised of experienced professionals who are passionate about helping children develop their skills and reach their goals. We believe in fostering a sense of community and inclusion within our gym, and we strive to make every child feel valued and supported.

In addition to our regular classes and competitive programs, we also offer special events and activities for kids. These include holiday closures, shooting for the stars Xcel team tryouts, Stars Challenge Competition, NorCal Xcel South Silver-Diamond States, and Fourth of July camps. We also offer seasonal camps and birthday parties that are filled with fun activities, games, and friends.
