• Assistance with ambulation care
• Assistance with activities of daily living, such as bathing, dressing, toileting, and bowel movements
• Supervision, oversight, and encouragement from certified nursing assistants and aides
• Hands-on assistance with eating, toileting, bathing, dressing, personal hygiene, and self-monitoring of medication
• Cleaning of the immediate living areas
• Safe lifting of patients
• Bathing, grooming, and feeding patients at times convenient to them
• Seeking advice from family members (with the patient's consent)
