Our resort is a well-kept secret, far less crowded than neighboring lakes, offering you the tranquility you have been yearning for. We are thrilled to have new owners, Ryan Cinelli and Jordan Snow, who have brought fresh enthusiasm and a commitment to providing exceptional service to our guests.

Lakeview Terrace Resort has a rich history, with many of our quaint cabins and Quonset huts being built and brought in by the Army Corps of Engineers during the 1960s to house workers building Trinity Dam. Today, our 15-acre property boasts 16 cabins, 31 RV spaces, and 6 mobile home sites, offering a range of accommodations to suit every taste. We pride ourselves on being a family-friendly resort, with ample space for children to play and adults to unwind. Our facilities include a large tree fort, an amphitheater, a playground, and a swimming pool, ensuring that there's never a dull moment during your stay.

Our new owners, Ryan and Jordan, fell in love with the resort's charm and history, and they are committed to preserving and enhancing its unique character. Having relocated from Hermosa Beach, California, they were drawn to the area's rich history and the opportunity to provide visitors with an escape from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. They live onsite, along with our resort caretakers, Arnie and Amanda Messex, ensuring that there's always someone available to assist you with any queries or concerns.

Our Services

At Lakeview Terrace Resort, we offer a range of services designed to make your stay as comfortable and enjoyable as possible. Our fully appointed cabin rentals come with 1-5 bedrooms, providing ample space for couples, families, and large groups. Each cabin is tastefully decorated and fitted with modern amenities, including new Air Conditioning units, ensuring that you stay cool and comfortable during the summer months.

In addition to our cabin rentals, we also offer one of the premier RV parks in Lewiston, complete with full 30 and 50 amp RV hookups. Whether you're passing through or staying for an extended period, our RV park provides a convenient and comfortable resting place for weary travelers. Our mobile home sites offer a more permanent housing solution, with some residents having lived on the property for many years.

Our resort is an ideal venue for large parties, events, reunions, and weddings, with a 2-night minimum stay for cabin rentals. Our cabins can accommodate up to 2 people in Cabin 1, while Cabin 10 is pet-friendly, and Cabin 16 does not allow pets. We have a range of bed configurations available, ensuring that we can cater to your specific needs.
