Welcome to Willow Creek Ranch, a beautiful East Texas wedding and event venue that offers a unique and unforgettable experience for your special day. Our venue is located on 50 acres of lush land, featuring a spacious barn built from local hand-cut cedar, pine, and oak. The entire barn and landscaping were meticulously built by our family, ensuring a personal touch that sets us apart from other venues.

At Willow Creek Ranch, we offer an intimate and romantic setting that is perfect for any wedding or event. Our venue features a deck that overlooks a large koi pond with a lighted fountain, providing a stunning backdrop for your event. We also have a beautiful outdoor arbor where you can choose to get married or host your event.

Our barn can accommodate up to 200 people and offers a variety of amenities to make your event planning easier. We have 12, 60-inch round tables and chairs for 96 seated guests, along with additional tables and a cedar ladder for decorations, gifts, and signage. Our kitchen is fully equipped with a sink, two refrigerators, one stove, and a microwave, making it easy for you to prepare and serve food and drinks.

In addition to our indoor amenities, our outdoor chapel features benches and offers a serene and peaceful atmosphere for your ceremony. We also have handicap-accessible restrooms and dressing rooms for both men and women, complete with mirrors, counter space, and outlets.

Our packages include options for Saturday, Friday, and Sunday rates, as well as a 2-day and 3-day wedding package. • Bridal portraits: Brides have the opportunity to take 2 hours of bridal portraits on property before their wedding day with their photographer.
• Rehearsal: Each package includes 1 hour for rehearsal the week of the wedding.
