Package Deals

At Party Providers, we offer package deals to help you save even more on your event rentals. Our package deals include additional discounts when booking multiple packages, and individual items can be added, subtracted, or substituted within packages. Our concession choices included in packages feature popular items such as snow cone machines, popcorn machines, ice cream freezers, hot dog rollers, cotton candy machines, and pretzel machines.

Delivery Fees and Setup

Delivery fees are based on your zip code, and prices include setup and breakdown of equipment. We understand that planning an event can be stressful, which is why we handle the heavy lifting for you.

Featherweight Packages

Our Featherweight Packages offer affordable options for smaller events. The Featherweight Package 1 includes a 20x20 tent, 32 to 40 White Chairs, Round or Rectangular Tables, and lighting if needed. The Pole Tent Package Price is $360, and the Frame Tent Package Price is $430.
