Our History
First Staff Services, Inc. was incorporated and opened on April 3rd, 1998 by Penny Kalamaras, Ralph Bava, and George Demos. Since the firm's inception, there have been many changes, but the biggest change the firm has undergone in its nearly 25 years of existence is the tragic passing of its co-founder and leader, Penny Kalamaras. It is in her honor and memory that we conduct business in the exact same manner that helped make Penny and First Staff both great successes.
