Our Story

At Celebrating Life Community Health Center, our mission is to provide high-quality medical, dental, behavioral health, and social services to underserved communities in Orange County. Our story begins with the memory of our founder's daughter, Kristina Sergeyeva, who passed away at the young age of 24. In her memory, our CEO, Sergey Sergeyev, founded our organization in 2018. Since then, we have strived to create a comprehensive healthcare program that addresses the unique needs of our community.
