RTS Systems & Design was established in 1985 to provide reliable systems services for general and electrical contractors, property managers, and end-user customers in design, installation, and service. Today, the company has over 30 years of experience designing, installing, monitoring, testing, and servicing commercial and multi-residential fire alarm systems. Our certified technicians use years of technical expertise to troubleshoot state-of-the-art systems and those using legacy technology. California State Certified and UL Listed, RTS has over 30 years of design/build project experience. We are experienced in all facets of low-voltage systems, including fire alarm, telecom, CCTV, access control, intrusion security, ERRCS, paging, rescue assistance, and various other system types. Services

The RTS Service Division provides a comprehensive range of services, including UL Certification, central station monitoring, testing, service, and repair of fire alarm systems and security systems. We also offer a "Tech Plus" service for customers needing emergency service. Our technicians are certified by the International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers (IBEW) and are equipped to handle all aspects of system installation and service.
