Our Company History

Founded by Henry "Fletcher" Bulifant, V, our company has had the privilege of serving the Richmond, Virginia area for nearly five decades. With three generations of experience, we have developed a unique understanding of what it takes to repair and restore properties damaged by disaster. Our experienced team of craftsmen, led by our CEO and Owner, Henry "Fletcher" Bulifant, V, have a combined 100 years of construction experience.

Fire & Smoke Damage Restoration

We are a 24-hour emergency service response company, capable of securing properties from further damage and surveying the damage to provide a detailed scope of work for the repairs. Our team will work with insurance adjusters to get an agreed scope and price, allowing us to start the repairs as quickly as possible.

Water Restoration

Our team will stop the water source, remove the water, and dry out the structure as quickly as possible to save the structure from further damage. Once the structure has been dried out, we will scope the damage and put together a repair estimate for the insurance adjuster.

Storm Restoration

We understand the devastation that can come with storm damage, which is why we are equipped to tarp the roof, make temporary structural repairs, and remove trees from the structure to prevent further damage.

Remodeling, Additions, and Garages

As a restoration contractor, we are also able to provide remodeling, additions, and free-standing garages. Whether you already have plans or need us to create them, we work with firms that can help us draw up plans to suit your needs.
