At Izbicki Family Medicine, we have a smaller practice size, with a limit of 600 patients per doctor. Our Physician

Our physician, Dr. Izbicki, is a highly trained and experienced family medicine physician who is dedicated to providing the highest level of quality medical services. He has a Doctorate of Osteopathic Medicine from the Lake Erie College of Osteopathic Medicine and a B.S. in Biology from Pennsylvania State University, Behrend College. He is board certified by the American Board of Family Medicine and has a wide range of experience in family medicine, preventative medicine, general adult medicine, pediatrics, women's health, and osteopathic manual medicine.
