The Villas at Cloverdale is a new affordable family complex that opened in late 2012. We offer spacious three and four bedroom homes in a quiet neighborhood, but close to shopping. Our amenities include a fun playground, covered porches, outside storage, community laundry, clubhouse, gazebo, bus stop, picnic area with grills, community TV with cable, and much more. We also offer monthly game and movie nights. The Villas at Cloverdale is professionally managed and maintained by Vantage Management. Our goal is to provide a comfortable and enjoyable living environment for our residents.

Our properties are designed with modern amenities and are equipped with energy-efficient appliances. We understand the importance of accessibility and offer units with features such as air conditioning, central heat, and programmable thermostats. Additionally, all units come with washer/dryer hook-ups, making laundry day a breeze. For your convenience, we have community laundry facilities available as well.
