Flexible Scheduling Options
We provide three daily session options at our York Learning Center: morning (8:00 AM-11:00 AM), mid-day (11:15 AM-2:15 PM), and evening (5:00 PM-8:45 PM). The Adams/Hanover site offers morning sessions only. This structure accommodates working students and those needing non-traditional school hours while maintaining strict attendance requirements for academic success.
Career Awareness Project
All students complete a mandatory Career Awareness Project that includes career research, job shadowing, and professional development components. This comprehensive program prepares graduates for post-secondary success through resume building, interview preparation, and workplace skill development. The project fulfills 1 of the 23 required graduation credits.
Personalized Learning Plans
Each student receives an individualized education plan tailored to their specific needs and academic level. Our one-on-one instructional approach allows students to work at their own pace while meeting minimum credit requirements of 0.5 credits per month. Teachers provide direct support and regular progress assessments throughout the program.
