Chef's Passion

As a Chef, my passion is to keep up with new trends, blending flavors, and creating new presentations. I introduce new trends and/or ingredients and blend them into something familiar yet unexpected. For example, my Spicy Chocolate Sauce is a blend of the familiar (chocolate) and new (chili spice), making for a very interesting, yet unexpected sauce for fruit displays. My cuisine is fresh, local, and flavorful, designed to meet your needs for any occasion.

I, Brian Yager, Executive Chef of Cuisine 256, bring extensive experience in the catering business. Having worked as an Executive Chef in several Washington, D.C. restaurants and hotels, I've honed my skills in providing exceptional culinary experiences. My wife, Betsy, has intimate experience in Front of the House Management and Client Relations. Together, we strive to make your event one to remember.
