Our facilities in Bishopville, MD, and Middletown, DE, provide a state-of-the-art training environment that includes strength and speed workouts, camps, Lil Aces lessons, and community service projects. Our offseason academy and winter schedules are designed to help players improve their skills and stay ahead of the competition.
