Our History

Highlands Community Services was founded in 1972 as the local organization responsible for providing behavioral health care to individuals seeking mental health, substance abuse, or developmental services. Over the years, we have evolved into a leader in the region, providing comprehensive services to the residents of Washington County and Bristol, VA.
