Seasonal Park Model Sites

In 2014, South Pointe RV Park added 12 seasonal park model sites, each with a spacious 12' width, designed to accommodate park models. These sites are situated within a gated community, offering privacy and security for all residents. With stunning views of Lake Minnewaska and located near a creek with a mini waterfall, these sites provide a serene and tranquil environment for you and your family. Each site includes underground sprinkling systems, metered 50 amp electric service, and a fire ring for those cozy evening campfires. South Pointe RV Park takes care of the mowing and trimming, ensuring that you can truly relax and enjoy your stay without any additional stress.

RV Sites

South Pointe RV Park boasts 30 large RV sites, each with magnificent views of Lake Minnewaska. These sites are tiered on three different levels, providing a unique perspective of the lake from each location. With large lots suitable for any size RV, you'll find more privacy and spectacular views of the lake from every site. A short walk or golf cart ride will lead you to over 400' of private lake access, featuring a sandy beach, boat ramp, and boat slips available for rent.
