At the Learning Resource Center, we believe that every child learns differently, and that's why we offer a unique, individualized approach to learning that helps students reach their maximum potential. With over 500 highly qualified educational professionals providing countywide services to more than 3,500 students, ages 5 through adult, we are dedicated to providing the highest quality educational services to our community.

Our mission is to provide a supportive and inclusive learning environment that fosters academic achievement, builds confidence, and promotes a love of learning. We strive to create a community of learners who are motivated, engaged, and equipped with the skills and knowledge necessary to succeed in school and beyond.

Our Services

We offer a wide range of services designed to meet the diverse needs of our students. From 1-to-1 tutoring and small group classes to summer programs and test preparation, we provide a comprehensive approach to learning that addresses the whole child. Our services include:

• 1-to-1 tutoring in reading, writing, math, and study skills
• Small group classes and courses in a variety of subjects
• ACT and SAT preparation programs
• Summer programs, including Camp READY!, MidMath Camp, PEP Summer Camp, and more
• Study Habits of Successful Students program
• Summer Coding and Video Game Design Workshop
