Our founders, Rosalie and Audrey, have made it their mission to capture the French spirit in each and every one of their sweet delicacies. With months of dedication and hard work, they have perfected the art of creating true French macarons, using only the finest quality ingredients and traditional techniques.
Our journey began with a dream to bring people together through the love of French pastries. Rosalie, who hails from a French family, and her daughter Audrey, who was living in France, were determined to share their passion with the world. They were surprised to find that the American take on the "macaron" was often simply sugar spun into a cookie shape or confused with the familiar coconut cookie "macaroon". They knew that with a little consumer education and by treating the American palate to true French macarons, they could bring a unique and authentic taste of France to the marketplace.
