Jeremy Mangion, MD

Jeremy Mangion, MD, MD, FAAOS is a board-certified orthopedic surgeon with sub-specialty certification in orthopedic sports medicine. Graduating from Columbia University with a biomedical engineering degree, he earned his medical degree at Rutgers - New Jersey Medical School before completing orthopedic surgery residency at New York Medical College and Westchester Medical Center. His advanced training includes a sports medicine fellowship at Brown University focused on arthroscopic techniques for knee, shoulder, and hip injuries. As associate director of orthopedic surgery and team physician for Marist College and SUNY New Paltz athletics, he combines clinical expertise with academic leadership. His practice specializes in treating sports-related injuries, traumatic fractures, and joint conditions through both operative and non-operative approaches.

With 14+ years of academic service at New York Medical College and Westchester Medical Center, he maintains active roles in resident education and orthopedic surgery committees. Certified by the American Board of Orthopaedic Surgery, he serves as assistant professor of orthopedic surgery while maintaining active memberships in leading professional societies including AAOS, AOSSM, and AANA. His clinical focus spans complex ligament repairs, cartilage restoration, meniscus and rotator cuff procedures, and extremity fracture fixation using advanced arthroscopic techniques.
