Positive Experiences
All of the reviewers who gave 5-star ratings had positive experiences at All for Pets. Many praised the staff, calling them "lovely, " "kind, " "knowledgeable, " and "accommodating." They alsocommended Dr. Erin Haroldson, Dr. Natalie, and other veterinarians at the clinic for their expertise and compassion. Several reviewers mentioned that the clinic went above and beyond to provide excellent care, citing specific instances where the staff went out of their way to help with their pets' needs.
Negative Experiences
However, two reviewers had negative experiences. Kylie Kennedy gave the clinic 1 star, stating that her kitten was misdiagnosed and ultimately passed away from FIP. She criticized the clinic for not catching the disease earlier and stated that her kitten might have survived if she had taken her elsewhere. Daniel Welker also gave the clinic 1 star, alleging that his adopted dog was not given proper care despite his repeated warnings about the dog's car anxiety. He felt that the receptionist was unhelpful and lacked compassion when he tried to schedule an appointment on a cold and icy night.
