About Our Salon
Conveniently located at 5540 PGA Blvd, Suite 104, Palm Beach Gardens, FL 33418, our salon is designed to provide a warm, welcoming environment for our clients. With a diverse range of high-quality products from leading brands like Goldwell, L'oreal, Redken, and more, we're equipped to cater to a wide range of beauty needs.
Appointments and Cancellations
We schedule appointments according to our technicians' availability, ensuring that each client receives the highest quality service. We kindly request that clients arrive 10 minutes prior to their appointment and notify us of any changes or cancellations at least 24 hours in advance.
Gift Certificates and Gratuities
Ideal for special occasions, our gift certificates can be printed or emailed to the recipient. Gratuities are appreciated but not included in our service prices.

Positive Experiences
The majority of the reviews rave about the exceptional service and experience at the salon. The reviewers were extremely satisfied with their haircuts and colors, praising the skills and attention to detail of the stylists, particularly Jessica, Carrie, and Karis. The ambiance of the salon was also complimented, with reviewers describing it as "nice" and "pretty".
Staff and Service
The staff, including Adrian and Michelle, were commended for their warm welcomes and personalized attention. The owners, Michelle, was particularly praised for being very involved and striving to ensure that clients have the best experience possible.
Negative Experiences
However, not all experiences were positive. Two reviewers, Martin M. and Jamie M., had disappointing experiences. Martin was charged $45 for a quick trim without a wash or dry, which he felt was overpriced. When he called to complain, the response was unsatisfactory. Jamie had multiple bad experiences, describing the seasoned stylists as burned out and uninterested. The assistants were deemed more qualified and pleasant, but the overall experience was marred by uncomfortable sinks and chairs, and a cluttered salon environment.
