Sun 'n Sand Resort has been a part of South Haven, Michigan, for many years, offering a unique and memorable experience for its guests. The resort's history dates back to the 19th century, when it was first established as a small summer retreat for families. Over the years, the resort has undergone several transformations, with its current buildings being constructed in the early 20th century.

Our resort features 33 guest rooms, divided into four separate buildings: The Beach House, The Lake House, The Cottage House, and The North House. Each building is uniquely designed to provide guests with a comfortable and relaxing stay. The rooms are equipped with modern amenities, including refrigerators, microwaves, coffeemakers, TVs, hairdryers, and air conditioners.

Services and Policies

At Sun 'n Sand Resort, we strive to provide our guests with excellent service and a comfortable stay. To ensure this, we have established certain policies and services:

• We allow small pets, with a charge of $45 per pet per stay. We require that pets be kept on a leash when outside their rooms.
• We have a minimum stay requirement for weekends and holiday weekends.
• All rooms are non-smoking, and guests found to be smoking in their room may be subject to an extra fee.
• Room rates are subject to a 5% local tourism tax and 6% state taxes.
