Company Overview
With a rich history dating back to 1935, Doty Bros. has been serving the Southern California region for over 80 years. Our company was founded by three brothers with different construction backgrounds who decided to combine their experience and skills to provide a comprehensive one-stop shop capability. Over the years, we have continued to evolve and adapt to the changing needs of our customers, and today, we are a certified Minority Business Enterprise (MBE) contractor recognized by the Southern California Minority Business Development Counsel, Inc. and the Supplier Clearinghouse for the Utility Supplier Diversity Program of the CUPC.

- Phil Dennis, Vice President, with over 40 years of experience in water, paving, and concrete construction
- Stanley Shaw, Gas Division Operations Manager, with over 40 years of experience in construction services within the oil & gas industry
- Scott Humphrey, Underground Division Operations Manager, with over 35 years of experience in civil construction to major electrical and fiber optic utility companies
- Chris Carillo, Planning Manager, with over 20 years of experience in designing energy, utility, and telecommunication projects
