Empowering Your Brand, One Product at a Time

Recovering from water, fire, smoke, or wind damage to your home can be a disruptive and overwhelming experience for any size family. Worse yet, the difficulty in choosing the right insurance restoration company for your repairs can compound the stress. Luckily, our team of construction professionals have been helping homeowners like you navigate the path back to normalcy for over 30 years. Restore your home, your routine, and your peace of mind by trusting the experts in Kansas City damage restoration - Damage Control & Restoration, Inc. (DCR).

Our 6-Step Restoration Process Since 1989, our company has seen the pain and anxiety that accompanies disaster, and we have made it our primary focus to help families achieve the simple goal of "getting back to normal" as quickly and easily as possible through six simple steps: 1. Connect With DCR After your home or business is damaged, your insurance adjuster or claims administrator will refer you to a list of preferred vendors. DCR is often referred based on insurance companies' confidence in our quality, longevity, and warranty. 2. Damage Inspection After calling our team, we'll schedule an appointment between you and one of our experienced estimators to tour the extent of the damage and determine the need requirements for restoring your property back to its pre-loss condition. 3. Agreement Reached Next, we'll prepare a detailed scope of repair estimate and submit it to your insurance company for approval. Once the project's scope is negotiated, you will sign a contract directly with DCR, and your estimator will remain the primary point of contact. 4. Repairs Scheduled After the contract is signed, we'll schedule the repairs needed to fulfill the agreement, and establish a rough timeline for your project's full completion. Any changes or extra work required will be approved by you before moving forward. 5. Repair Work Performed The scope of work defined in the agreement will be completed by the DCR estimator using a combination of in-house trades professionals and thoroughly vetted subcontractors. 6. Project Wrap Up & Warranty After the work on your home or business is completed, we'll invoice you for the full cost of your restoration project. After final payment is received, a three-year warranty will be put in place which covers the work performed by our team.
