Detail Works

At Detail Works, we're more than just a car detailing service. We're a social enterprise dedicated to helping young people develop the skills they need to succeed in life. As an initiative of Spectrum Youth & Family Services, we believe that every young person deserves the opportunity to build a solid path to adulthood.

Our team is led by Galen Blodgett, a native Vermonter with over a decade of experience in the automotive industry. He has worked his way up from detailer to sales manager, and now serves as our General Manager. Galen is passionate about the outdoors and enjoys weekend hikes with his family and shooting sports. We also have Cody Guyette, our Youth Coordinator, who joined us in May 2019. Prior to Detail Works, Cody worked in the service industry, where he developed a strong sense of customer service and teamwork. He believes that the skills learned in our detailing shop can translate to any profession and is dedicated to helping our young employees succeed.

Our Services

We offer a range of services designed to keep your vehicle looking its best. From our Basic Interior Detail to our Deluxe Exterior with Ceramic Coating, we have something for everyone. Our detailing packages include options like Upholstery Shampooing, Pet Hair Removal, Leather Conditioning, and more. Whether you're looking for a quick wash or a full-on detailing experience, we've got you covered.

Our Basic Interior Detail starts at $150 and includes large debris removal, carpets freshened with deodorizing enzymes, a full vacuum, vinyl and leather surfaces wiped down and dressed, interior windows cleaned, and door jambs cleaned. For a little extra, we can add additional services like Upholstery Shampooing, Major Stain Removal, or an Odor Bomb.

Our Basic Exterior Detail starts at $130 and includes a full hand wash with rims and tires cleaned and shined, exterior painted surfaces hand waxed to add depth of feel and gloss, and exterior windows cleaned. Again, we can add services like Glass Rain Repellant, Paint Decontamination, or a Headlight Restoration for an extra touch.

If you want the best of both worlds, our Basic Interior & Exterior Detail Combo starts at $215. This package includes all the services from both the Basic Interior and Exterior Details.
