Our Leadership

Our CEO, Maylee Oddo, brings a wealth of experience in leadership, business, and customer service. Prior to joining Hycomb, she worked in arts administration and managed political campaigns, raising a total of $85 million for the Ashland School District. Maylee is also involved in various community organizations, including the Jackson County Sexual Assault Response Team and the Ashland Independent Film Festival.
