However, one customer, Jason Neff, had a terrible experience with the company. He contacted the tech team to cancel his Microsoft licensing, but was told it could only be transferred to another vendor. Five minutes later, his Microsoft licensing was disabled, leaving his company with no email access. The customer was not given any notice or opportunity to work with the new vendor, and was even denied access to his company's admin log-ins.
