Do you allow pets in rental properties?
Some properties allow pets with approval and a $300 non-refundable pet fee per pet, with weight restrictions applying.
What are your office hours?
Our office is open Monday 9am-4pm, Tuesday 9am-4pm, Wednesday 9am-2pm, Thursday 9am-4pm, and Friday 9am-1pm.
How much is the application fee?
The non-refundable application fee is $65.00 per person aged 18 and older for all rental applications.
What happens if rent is late?
Rent is due between the 1st and 6th of each month. Late fees apply, and eviction proceedings may begin if payments remain outstanding.
