At BioWheels, we have been serving the Ohio Valley region for nearly 30 years, inspired by the best bike shops worldwide. Our mission is to inform and improve each client's riding experience through fitting advice, mechanical service, and selling top-tier bicycle brands. Founded in 1993, BioWheels started with the support of Cincinnati's small but passionate cycling community. Since then, we have expanded from our original 1000 square foot space in Clifton's Ludlow Garage to become the Ohio Valley region's busiest bicycle fitting studio and service shop.

BioWheels' owner, Mitch Graham, has a special appreciation for great small businesses, having discovered his passion for them in college. As a customer searching for a mountain bike in 1994, Mitch found himself drawn to BioWheels' unique atmosphere, which reminded him of his favorite small businesses such as Bob Roncker's Running Spot. After college, Mitch's love for cycling and BioWheels led him to pursue a career in the bicycle industry.

Our Services

1. High-Performance Bicycles: BioWheels offers a wide range of high-performance bicycles from renowned brands like Cervelo, Moots, Specialized, BMC, and Pinarello. As part of our commitment to quality, all our bicycles are sold by appointment, which includes a 2-hour professional optimization fitting session led by a Certified IBFI Level 3 Bike Fitter.

2. Bike Repair & Service: Introduced in 1994, our workshop prides itself on exceptional professional service for all high-performance bicycles. We work on all makes and models, providing a wide range of services to maintain your bicycle's performance and durability.

3. Bicycle Fitting: At BioWheels, we understand that a proper bike fit guarantees a safer, more enjoyable riding experience. We use the latest fitting technology, such as Retul and Dartfish motion analysis, along with decades of experience to optimize your bike fit.

4. Financing: To make it easier for our clients to purchase their dream bicycle, we provide 12-month no-interest financing options.

5. Community Involvement: As a long-standing member of the cycling community, BioWheels supports and promotes local rides and cycling clubs. We are dedicated to fostering a love for cycling in the Ohio Valley region.
