Our History

Elan Med Spa was founded in 2013 by Mary Lee Cudd, PA-C, who was inspired to open a medically-based spa after 27 years of caring for OB/GYN and plastic surgery patients in Fayetteville, NC. Today, we're proud to continue that tradition under new ownership, with a focus on providing the highest level of care and attention to our patients.
