Outer Aisle Catering & Venue is a business that is deeply rooted in the fertile soil of its one-acre kitchen garden. Our culinary passion is sourced from this intimate horticultural haven, where we carefully tend to a variety of heirloom vegetables and fruits. It is our intimate knowledge of these plants that allows us to create what we like to call a "primavera" moment, where the essence of spring is captured in every dish we serve.
Our commitment to freshness and flavor is evident in every aspect of our business. We take great pride in hand-selecting the vegetables and proteins that we use in our dishes, grilling them to perfection over a cherry wood fired Santa Maria style barbecue. We believe in using only the highest quality ingredients, sourcing humanely raised meats and sustainable harvested seafood to create our garden-driven menu.
Our business was founded in 2013 by Eric and Christine Taylor, who share a deep passion for cooking with fresh, seasonal ingredients. Our beautiful restaurant features a relaxing interior dining room, bar, private banquet room, and delightful outdoor patio, providing the perfect setting for a wide variety of events and activities throughout the year.
