At LBA Studios, we are a creative space with a warm vibe and a big analog tone. Established in 2010, our studio is focused on delivering high-quality audio with an inspiring analog sound. We are fully equipped with a large collection of vintage and modern pieces of professional recording equipment, including our beautifully restored and upgraded AMEK Big 44 analog console with automation, total recall, and computer-controlled analog dynamics.

We primarily provide music production, recording, mixing, and mastering services for all genres of music. Our Equipment

Our studio is equipped with an impressive array of hardware and software tools. Our centerpiece is the AMEK Big 44 analog console, which has been rebuilt, upgraded, and modded by LBA to provide a modern, high-resolution sound. We also have a vast collection of microphones, including Neumann, Pearlman, RCA, AKG, AEA, Royer, and more. Our outboard gear includes compressors, limiters, gates, and EQs from top manufacturers like Neve, API, and SSL.

Our Team

Our team is led by Mike Congilosi II, a music producer, recording engineer, and sole proprietor of LBA. With over 20 years of experience in the music industry, Mike has worked with hundreds of artists in various genres and has a Master of Music degree from SUNY Purchase College. Our other engineer, Paul Raymond, is a music producer, recording engineer, and beat maker with a Bachelor of Music degree from SUNY Oswego. Together, we have the skills and expertise to help you achieve your musical goals.
