Pets and Accommodations
Staci, a military family, had a disappointing experience with Endless Coast, A Boutique Hotel. They were initially excited about the hotel's "pet-friendly" policy, but were later told that they only accept dogs, not cats. This discrepancy in policy is a major issue for pet owners, and the hotel should consider rephrasing their pet policy to be more accurate.
Rooms and Amenities
On the other hand, many reviewers had positive experiences with the hotel's rooms and amenities. Mslys, Glenn Cionek, Ralph Coppola, Kristan Higgins, Rusty Sinton, and Matt Merrick all praised the modern and clean rooms, comfortable beds, and great amenities such as the fire pit, hammocks, and beach chairs. Mslys, Glenn Cionek, and Ralph Coppola also appreciated the hotel's proximity to Provincetown and other attractions.
Location
Several reviewers mentioned the hotel's convenient location, with Mslys, Glenn Cionek, Ralph Coppola, Kristan Higgins, Rusty Sinton, and Matt Merrick all praising the hotel's proximity to Provincetown and other Cape Cod attractions. Iryna Davidovich and Jeanine Aronow also mentioned the hotel's convenient location, with Iryna noting that it's close to Provincetown but not too close.
Service
Front desk staff were generally praised by reviewers, with several mentioning that they were friendly, helpful, and welcoming. Ralph Coppola was particularly impressed with the staff's personal touch, mentioning that the front desk staff reached out to him before his stay to ask if there was anything he needed.
Pet-Friendly Features
Rusty Sinton and Matt Merrick both mentioned that the hotel is very accommodating to pets, with Rusty noting that they always bring their dog along and love the Cape Cod area for its pet-friendly activities. Matt also appreciated the hotel's pet-friendly features, including the area out back where they could walk their dog.
Areas for Improvement
Iryna Davidovich was the only reviewer to mention some areas for improvement, noting that the hotel was overpriced and that the rooms were too small for her family of four. She also mentioned that it took a long time for the water to heat up, which was inconvenient. Steven Roderick wished that the hotel offered fresh coffee in the lobby, especially given the steep holiday-weekend rates.
