Bailey Accounting & Co was founded by managing partner James Bailey, E.A., with the mission to provide full-service tax and accounting services to the southern Fox Valley's small-business community and individual taxpayers. Our headquarters in Yorkville, Illinois, allows us to closely support the region's business leaders and entrepreneurs with our expertise in tax and accounting services, QuickBooks, and CFO-level assistance. We are more than just a tax preparation service; we are a long-term partner and asset for business growth and opportunity.

James Bailey, the founder, is known for his extensive experience in various industries, focusing particularly on financial, consulting, and professional services, construction, and real estate. He creates in-depth tax projections and analyses for clients, providing them with acute insight into their financial objectives and helping to prevent losses. Before founding Bailey Accounting & Co, James worked as a corporate accountant, focusing on process and profit improvement, financial reporting, taxes, budgeting, and public company-disclosure work.

James is committed to the community, supporting the local Chamber of Commerce and volunteering with different non-profits and advocacy groups. He is a member of the National Association of Tax Professionals and a certified QuickBooks ProAdvisor. He graduated from Aurora University with a B.A. in Accounting and earned his Enrolled Agent designation in 2017.
