Staff Disorganization and Difficulty in Getting Answers
Many reviewers have expressed frustration with the Veterans Home Care (VHC) staff's disorganization and difficulty in getting responses to questions and concerns. Several reviewers mentioned that the company's employees are constantly rotating, making it challenging to get answers or a response that addresses any of their questions. Lack of Transparency and Broken Promises
Additionally, several reviewers have criticized VHC for lack of transparency and broken promises. One reviewer mentioned that the company takes a significant amount of money out of their loved one's account every month, but fails to provide the promised services. Another reviewer mentioned that VHC helped them get started with a program, but then disappeared and failed to provide adequate care.

Many have praised the company's staff for their professionalism, responsiveness, and ability to help them navigate the complex process of obtaining VA benefits.
