About Dr. Outlaw

Dr. Outlaw specializes in the latest cosmetic and reconstructive plastic surgery of the face, breast, and body. He has completed rigorous training, earning certifications from the American Board of Plastic Surgery and the American Board of Surgery. Dr. Outlaw holds an appointment as Clinical Assistant Professor of Surgery with the Department of Surgery and Department of Physician Assistant Studies at the University of South Alabama. He is also a Fellow with American College of Surgeons and International College of Surgeons, Member of American Society of Plastic Surgeons, the American Society for Aesthetic Plastic Surgery, Southeastern Society of Plastic and Reconstructive Surgeons, and American Medical Association.
