All properties include utilities and maintenance with seamless online booking available through our website and major travel platforms.
30 Day+ Rentals
For stays of 30 days or more, we provide cost-effective furnished rental options across the Columbia Gorge region. These properties don't require short-term licenses and are available with monthly contracts including all utilities and maintenance services. Our inventory ranges from studios to multi-bedroom homes priced between $1,350 and $6,500 monthly.
Leased Rentals
We manage unfurnished long-term rental properties with standard lease agreements. Services include tenant screening, background checks, rent collection, and property maintenance. Our portfolio spans single-family homes and condos with pricing starting at $2,650 monthly, including both pet-friendly and standard options.

What is the lease break policy?
Early lease termination requires payment of 150% of the monthly rent amount. Tenants must provide 30-day written notice before lease expiration to avoid penalties.
How are tenants qualified?
Prospective tenants undergo credit checks, employment verification, and rental history checks. Income must be at least three times the monthly rent amount for approval consideration.
What payment methods are accepted?
We accept online payments through our portal, personal checks, cashier's checks, and money orders. Portal payments incur third-party transaction fees charged to tenants.
Can I have pets in rental properties?
Pet policies vary by property. Approved pet owners pay a $25 monthly pet rent and $500 deposit per pet. Service animals are exempt from these charges.
